When you sign in, we collect your name, image, and other basic identifying information from Google.

When you make a booking, we store the information you provide such as the session type (e.g. HSC Economics 60 min), the date, time, location, and who with. We also store any information you provide as 'customer notes' to forward on to the tutor.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, facilitate bookings, and communicate with you about your sessions.

We may use your email for transactional emails such as reminders about upcoming sessions or receipts.

Payments are processed by our financial services provider, Stripe. If you elect to save your payment information for later, your details will be stored with them. If you use Link's service to store your payment information, we do not store those details, and they are Link's responsibility. You are subject to any relevant terms and privacy policies that Stripe imposes on the use of its service.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

We may share your information with tutors for the purpose of fulfilling your bookings.

We retain your data as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
